Are you plagued by unintended consequences resulting from well-meaning actions?  Would you like to better understand the complex dynamic systems in which you work? This interactive and experiential workshop introduces principles, concepts, and tools of systems thinking, and explores what it means to bring a systemic perspective to one’s work and relationships.

In society, practitioners acknowledge the connection between systems change and deep equity. That is, true systems change is only possible when equity is advanced, and deep equity will be realized only through systems change. The goal of this course is to awaken and cultivate the capacity for thinking and acting systemically when responding to complex challenges in our workplaces and communities.
