Based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling story on leadership, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this program focuses on putting The Five Behaviors model into practice.
The Five Behaviors® Team Development course, part of Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Teams family of courses, has one mission: to help people build truly cohesive and effective teams that deliver results. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling story on leadership, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this program focuses on putting The Five Behaviors model into practice.
Foundational elements of this course include interpersonal skills, productive conflict, how to live our commitments to each other and the organization, how to practice accountability, and how to achieve team goals and performance. Each learner will take an online Team Assessment and Conflict Profile in advance.
The program is designed specifically for anyone hoping to learn concepts, tools, and techniques for what it takes to build a thriving team. The idea cohort is 5-12 person teams that meet regularly and share responsibilities for results.
Both long and short versions of this course are also available for teams and organizations interested in either an introduction or a deeper dive into the material.
