Teresa's (she/her) purpose is to enable individuals, teams and companies to unleash their greatest potential. She is thrilled to be living her purpose every day through consulting, workshop facilitation, mentoring, and as a Professor at Pepperdine's Graziadio Business School (MBA, MSML, MSHR) and Antioch University's MBA program.
After 20 years in leadership roles at Microsoft and 25+ years overall in the tech sector, Teresa was hooked on the link between the development of employees, leader behavior, and organizational culture. This experience led to a Masters in Org Development and subsequently a Doctoral degree in Org Leadership and Org Development, both of which fueled an ongoing passion for all things related to HR, change management, leadership, and employee experience. Teresa has worked with large enterprises, startups at all stages and often speaks at conferences on topics such as leadership, org culture, goal achievement, and career realization.
