Linda (she/her) is a Certified Leadership and Transition Coach who appreciates the opportunity to work with emerging and senior leaders who are motivated to become slightly better versions of themselves. Her approach reflects her belief in the power of whole human beings to learn and grow throughout their lives. She believes that change is a lifelong process of questioning and affirming the relationship between who we are and what we do.
Linda supports leaders in identifying what matters to them, setting priorities and goals, and working toward chosen outcomes. Intuitively working in partnership, she assists leaders in exploring situations from different perspectives and becoming more aware of how they show up. She walks beside them as they build on their strengths, develop increased leadership skills, and make shifts toward what will work better for them and their team. Linda facilitates a flexible, client-centered, purposeful process tailored to what clients want to achieve to become more focused, self-aware, and effective.
Linda has broad experience in leadership roles in nonprofit, public sector, and volunteer organizations where she learned the importance of building mutual trust and respect—critical components in effective coaching. She appreciates and celebrates the hard work leaders engage in through coaching.
