Eric (he/him) came to coaching after years of helping teams and organizations change. Through that work, he learned how important leadership was to making the change stick. He also learned that many leaders felt overwhelmed and uneasy about their abilities to meet the challenges they face. The world is becoming more complicated, uncertain, ambiguous, and unpredictable, which places even more pressure on leaders. To meet these challenges, leaders must grow their capacity by expanding their range, mastering their situation, and managing themselves. Coaching is a tool for leaders to accelerate that process.
