Crystal (she/her) is an organizational development consultant that utilizes a relationship-first approach in working with individuals and teams across organizations. Crystal believes that problems can be gifts that provide opportunities for us to learn, grow and improve together. She is a skilled facilitator and seeks to empower individuals and teams to accomplish their goals, both personally and professionally. Fellow collaborators appreciate Crystal’s holistic approach to work as a big picture systems thinker who can also work in the details to ensure excellence in discovery, planning, execution, and sustainment. Crystal is a graduate of the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
Crystal has over 7 years experience working in continuous improvement in the private sector and multiple Washington State agencies. She consults in areas of strategic planning, continuous improvement, change management, human-centered design, team development, project, and portfolio management and 1:1 coaching with leaders. Crystal is based in the Seattle area and in her free time loves exploring the region’s many beautiful outdoor offerings, spending time with family and geeking out over science fiction and fantasy books and films.
