As an organizational development strategist, she helps leaders untangle complex roadblocks while strengthening DEI and team cohesiveness. She’s best known by her clients as being an outstanding relationship builder, diplomatic mentor, and catalyst for personal and political change who builds trust across verticals, teams and industries. She holds a Master’s in International Peace and Conflict Resolution with a concentration in Peace Education, and a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Development.
