Ava (she/her) has over 25 years of coaching and consulting with executive managers and leaders within Washington State government and private industry to improve on process and procedures, whether it was for strategic planning, team development, labor relations issues, discipline, employee performance plans, and workplace investigations. Overall focus for coaching and consulting was in line with the agencies vision, mission and goals touching on their respective strategic plans. As the work progressed, employees and leaders were focused on creating cultural norms, mutual respect, improved communication and fulfilling performance goals. Employees experienced a sense of agency while improving processes and procedures due to interactive teamwork.
