Dr. Anthony Campbell (he/him) has over 15 years of experience researching and working with local governments. An organizer and planner at his core, Anthony has a particular focus on stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and community relationship building. Having lived and worked across the U.S. and Western Europe, he embraces the responsibility of tailoring a best practice or process to the specific needs of an organization.

An unashamed implementation wonk, Anthony is passionate about helping organizations identify opportunities to empower internal and external stakeholders in the pursuit of continuous improvement. Clients and collaborators appreciate the fact that he maintains an institutional perspective even as he digs deep into the details of the project at hand. They also know that he respects their time. He offers clients a partnership guided by curiosity, authenticity, and listening, leading to community learning and sustainable change. Between clients, Anthony loves attending film screenings with his partner, listening to podcasts, and reading just about anything.

Anthony is based in Los Angeles, California. He holds a BA in political science from Francis Marion University, an MPA from the University of Louisville, and a Ph.D. in public administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
