Ann Marie (she/her) is a clinical psychologist, trainer/consultant, and coach based in Seattle, WA. Dr. Roepke’s aim is to empower ‘helping professionals’ to provide the most effective care possible for their clients while tending to their own well-being. She offers inclusive and participatory workshops on topics including trauma-informed care, trauma-informed leadership, resilience, and motivational interviewing (among other topics). She also provides consultation and coaching to help leaders and teams implement positive changes at work. Dr. Roepke completed her doctoral studies at the University of Pennsylvania, where her research with Dr. Martin Seligman focused on developing and evaluating new programs to help people heal from trauma and improve their mental health and well-being. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Veterans Health Administration medical center in Seattle and was trained in implementation and team coaching methods through the Dartmouth Microsystems Academy and Mathew Roosa’s Quiet Coaching curriculum. Dr. Roepke now provides psychotherapy in private clinical practice and owns Evoke Training and Consulting PLLC, a company focused on building skills and fostering resilience for healthcare and social service professionals. Dr. Roepke is an active member of the Society of Consulting Psychology and the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers.
